Australian orders

1 - Timing

Our delivery partner aims to deliver orders timely, yet we cannot guarantee firm delivery dates and times. Below are indicative delivery times depending on the destination you input on your order upon checkout:

• 1. Within NSW: estimated 5 – 7 business days once dispatched
• 2. Within Australia: estimated 7-14 business days once dispatched

We aim to deliver products to you to the address you provided at checkout in accordance with your registration document within these timeframes. However, from time to time our delivery partners will experience delays outside of our control. Where possible, we endeavor to keep you informed of any delays to your order. Your order status can be checked at any time by logging into your account. If your order has not arrived as expected, please check your order status online prior to contacting us for queries.

2 - Fees

Delivery fees are variable based on the amount of purchase. For orders with amounts greater than $1000, delivery fees will be waived while for orders with less than $1000 amount, delivery fees will be charged at 5%. Delivery fees reflect the cost of shipping and handling and are dependent on factors such as size, weight and delivery location.

International orders

International orders will be dispatched once the order is placed with full payment made. Estimated delivery time and delivery fees may vary according to the delivery location and quantity of item ordered.
